INTERESTED IN BECOMING AN IME PROVIDER?
  • Applications will be accepted from November 18, 2009 through November 30, 2009.
  • Written public comments on any health care provider being considered or any current IME Provider will be accepted from November 18, 2009 through November 30, 2009.
  • The IME Provider Selection Committee will meet on December 2, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. at the Workers' Compensation Administration in Albuquerque to consider applications and to revise the list of IME Providers.

    Violations of the Workers' Compensation Act affect everyone. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. If you are aware of an alleged offense, please complete the Workers' Compensation Violation form and send the form immediately to Ellen Voss at ellen.voss@state.nm.us
