Violations of the Workers' Compensation Act affect everyone. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. If you are aware of an alleged offense, please complete the Workers' Compensation Violation form and send the form immediately to Ellen Voss at ellen.voss@state.nm.us

Use a WCA Fraud Prevention poster to reinforce the message that any party committing workers' compensation fraud will be prosecuted. Download:
