Thanksgiving Holiday

The WCA will NOT host its weekly “Lump Sum Tuesday” on Nov. 21, 2017, due to the short holiday week for the Thanksgiving holiday.Additionally, all WCA offices WILL BE CLOSED Thursday and Friday, Nov. 23 & 24, reopening for regular business on Monday, Nov. 27, 2017.

Proposed Rulemaking

The New Mexico Workers' Compensation Administration conducted a public hearing on the adoption of new WCA Rules on October 27. Comments were accepted until close of business day October 27. The WCA Director takes all comments into consideration.

Rebuilding Florida

The Florida Division of Workers’ Compensation is conducting an outreach campaign to educate interested parties about the workers’ compensation coverage and compliance requirements for out-of-state contractors who may be considering going to Florida to assist in the recovery efforts due to Hurricane Irma. Out-of-state contractors must adhere to the following Florida’s workers’ compensation requirements and understand the consequences for failing to meet those requirements.

Fee Schedule
The medical fee schedule is revised each year pursuant to statute. Proposed revisions are typically posted for review and public comment each fall, and the final version published in early December. Find the current fee schedule.
