Director's Message

Ned S. Fuller was appointed by Governor Susana Martinez as Director of the New Mexico Workers' Compensation Administration and assumed his position on January 24, 2011. Earning his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Arizona State University in 1989, he graduated Cum Laude in 1993, from the Brigham Young University Law School.

Director Fuller and his wife Julie, a native of Las Alamos, moved to New Mexico following graduation. He worked primarily at two Albuquerque law firms prior to being appointed to the position of Assistant Director of the Workers' Compensation Administration serving from March 2000 to April 2001. Fuller was then appointed and served as a Workers' Compensation Judge from 2001 to December 2003. Prior to his recent appointment he was staff counsel for The Hartford Insurance Company handling workers' compensation claims.

Director Fuller feels his experience in the workers' compensation system "gives him an advantage of seeing workers' comp from a variety of perspectives."
